چکیده

This work concerns the application of treated montmorillonite clay in adsorption Aniline as an organic pollutant wastewater. The characteristics were evaluated by X-ray Fluorescence (XRF), diffraction (XRD) patterns, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA). Additionally, effect different factors such type treatment, adsorbent dosage, contact time, solution temperature pH studied. experimental data was two kinetic models; pseudo-first pseudo-second order. results indicated that followed pseudo-second-order models with coefficient R2 = 0.9928. equilibrium time obtained after 3h. thermodynamic parameters refer to on modified endothermic chemisorption. Because advantages abundance speed process, this method could be used effectively remove aniline from

Removal of phenol from aqueous solution by adsorption onto seashells: equilibrium, kinetic and thermodynamic studies

The efficacy of seashells as a new adsorbent for removal of phenol from aqueous solutions was studied by performing batch equilibrium tests under different operating parameters such as solution pH, adsorbent dose, initial phenol concentration, and temperature. The phenol removal efficiency remained unaffected when the initial pH of the phenol solution was in the range of 3–8. The amount of phen...

Application of Magnetic-modified Fe3O Nanoparticles for Removal of Crystal Violet from Aqueous Solution: Kinetic, Equilibrium and Thermodynamic Studies

The prepared magnetic-modified Fe3 O4 nanoparticles (Fe3 O4 -TAN) were used as adsorbent for removal of crystal violet (CV) from water solution. The effects of pH, contact time, dye concentration and temperature on adsorption were determined. The experimental data were analyzed using the Langmuir adsorption model. The data fitted well to the model with maximum adsorption capacities 84.0 mg/gund...
